What is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, optionally a phone number, the type of event, the date, the venue, the number of guests, your preferred line-up and the message itself.

The site sets no profiling cookies and carries no third-party analytics or advertising. YouTube videos load only after you click play, and in no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie.com): until then, YouTube receives nothing.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Providing the data is optional, but without a name, an email and a message there is no way to reply.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, other than the technical suppliers needed to run the service: the site’s hosting provider and the service that delivers form messages to my inbox, both acting as data processors. Data is never sold, and never used for marketing without separate consent.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Where a booking does follow, contractual and tax records are kept for the statutory period (10 years).

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, or its correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Write to chanty.sis77@gmail.com and you will have a reply within 30 days.

If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
